Yes, there is no additional charge for a residential delivery.

Can I pick it up?
Depends, we only stock some of our inventory here in Dallas, so you can call and see where it will be shipping from. All others must be delivered from the other warehouses.

Is it cheaper if I pick it up?
It’s not any cheaper, but we will have it fully assembled and ready if you like.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, we have a 3 Month manufacturer’s standard warranty. We do have our Extended Warranty Plans that you may read about under the "Warranty Plans" link on this site.

Where can we get parts?
You can purchase parts directly from us. We have service techs and parts guys to help you with every need.

What assembly is required?
Kids ATVs: Straighten out handle bars, install battery, connect battery leads, attach wheels - add gas and go! (a little more may be required for full size units)
Go Kart: Assemble roll cage, attach seats, attach wheels - add gas and go!
Scooters: Attach front wheel, straighten/tighten handle bars, connect battery.

I've ordered an ATV to be delivered to my house. Will this delivery be scheduled in advance and will I need to be home at the time of the delivery?
Our freight company will call you the day it arrives at the terminal in your state to schedule the delivery with you. Someone will need to be there to sign for the shipment. Also, no worries or trouble, it is delivered on a lift-gate truck so no work is required from you.
