I'll have to admit I was a little leary about "how long" it would actually take to get my Eagle 150 GSR. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from the shipping company to set up my delivery just a few days later! The GSR I got is wonderful and has been a pleasure so far. I am writing to say how pleased I am with my new Eagle 150 GSR. It arrived in a timely manner although with a damaged fender. One phone call to Rightway ATV remedied the problem and a new fender was quickly sent at no additional cost. When I had assembly questions, once again, one phone call got me the answers I needed. Thanks, I found the setup guidebook online through your website. I didnt realize I needed to look on the website to find the setup guidebook. Once I had that, it was very easy. I love the new bike. I am using it as a promotion for my top salesperson this month. I cant wait to give it to one of them. I am going to order at least one more for my personal use. I just wanted to tell you about my how my order is, and how pleased I am. I got my order in 8 days,that was great. The 110 came out of the box first, and went together so perfectly I was shocked. It runs great so far. Next came the 125 utility. It looks great, rides great, and so far I am really pleased with these machines. Ill give you an update after break-in. Subject: Very pleased I received my Hell Kat 250 back on the 15th of Sept. WOW this is one sweet machine. Assembly was a snap. My family took all of our quads up to the mountains last saturday. The Hell Kat is smooth, responsive and extremely strong. It climbs like a mountain goat. I've owned many atvs throught the years, this one is definitely a keeper. I just wanted to tell you guys my scooter rocks. I got it today and it came with a ton of extras. I am a 6 ft. 220 lbs. man and I can go 35 up hill against the wind. If I am going with the wind or down hill I get 40 plus. I don't know how much more because it only registers 40 mph but it was buried. I recieved my daughters ATV yesterday and it took me about 2 hours to assemble everything (easy). I followed the start-up instruction guide located on the website to the "T" and it started up the first time and has ever since. I have one problem ( clicking noise in the rear)(correction I had my daughter and a friend ride the ATV for two hours tonight and the noise went away, just like the rightway rep. said.) Everytime I call rightway I get a Live person to talk to. That never happens with other companies. The truck driver that dropped the unit off was very helpful and easy to deal with. Needless to say I canceled the order and the very next day ordered one from you. Within 4 days the money was transfered and the ATV was on its way.
